Guest guest Posted September 7, 2010 Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 One of my favorite things to snack on is Greek Yogurt! Lower in carbs, higher in protein than regular yogurt. I love it. I can eat it plain, w/ a little honey, or just w/ some fresh fruit mixed in. Otherwise, I take in fruits and veggies for snacks. Salads - I'm weird b/c in a way I prefer good mixed salad greens w/out any dressing. Oh, I like hummus w/ veggies. I also bring in soups/stews - like the one you made in your crockpot. In the winter I use my crockpot a lot - at least once a week!
