Guest guest Posted September 8, 2010 Report Share Posted September 8, 2010 I got a good one in this morning! I did CIA's Tap Less and Step More. Wow, this one moves FAST. I think it might even be more complex than Seasun's??? Or maybe it's because I haven't done it enough? Either way, I did the warm-up twice. There is no building ofcombos she just whips you into it immeidately and makes your head spin! I would say that I caught onto about 90% of it. There were a couple that I didn't have perfected, but I did my own thing and still had sweat flying  The music also rocked. It was great. I loved the short 7 minute core section at the end.. planks and a few crunches. I didn't do the 5-minute double-step. I shut my HRM off at the 70 - 75 minute mark..
