I knew I wanted Jari this morning and told myself I would just do the first one that I grabbed that didn't have cardio in it.  Despite my DVD player being VERY slow to switch between chapters (sooooo incredibly annoying),  I got an awesome workout in.  I had to pause it a couple of times due to helping Kaysar, and then got them a bowl of cereal during it when I realized they wouldn't have time to eat after I finished up.  I got some great burns!  I shut my HRM off at 1 hour and 15 minutes, I believe it was 568 with 113 average.  I attempted to do the abs, but my disk wouldn't work.  I was using my backed up copy, and didn't feel like digging out my original to get it to play right.  I was fustrated though..almost through in the towel w/ abs, but am too stubborn for that.  I grabbed 's Sculpt Sweatfeast and did the 9 minute belly burner again.  I really like this routine..love how she hits all of the muscles, and it also has just the amount of reps in it :)  Bicycles kill me!  I had my legs so high off the ground at the end....

 

Since my workout was extra-long, I didn't eat breakfaast until after I took the boys to school.

 

Have a fabulous Thursday!  Today, KK and I are off to wal-mart (yuck)!
