Guest guest Posted September 7, 2010 Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 09/07/10Water exercise with long fins, dumbbells and Clorox bottle for my legs - 1 hour & 55 minutesThe woman in charge of the "Village's" outdoor pool is keeping it open through Sept 20th. And she will be teaching water exercise classes from 4 to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. YEA!Walked outside - 43 minutesMy heel hurt, I think from the blister...although it's not full of fluid any more, it's still sore. I put on a blister band-aid so I hope that helps.
