Yep, that was the night I did long bath, Melatonin, 20mg Temapzepam and Horlicks to no avail, not all at once of course though I doubt it would have made any difference. Maybe full moon fall out. I need more exercise.

Just checked the KIB and it looks different, has a skin and not seperating like it should..................and I drunk about 70mls of Sam's thinking I would pay him back out of mine

Its working well for Sam, no gut bug behaviour, now its sorted that out hoping to do some work on viral issues. I didn;t get my dose coz I messed up the mixing, wanted to cry given the cost

KiB500 INFORMATIONOxythiocyanate is involved in the lactoperoxidase (LPO) system which present in many secretions including tears, saliva, milk and airway surface fluid.
