Guest guest
Went to bed early last night and got up at 4:00 to continue my Les Mills rotation. This morning it was Body Attack 59, my first Body Attack workout! I loved it, as I have all Les MIlls formats. This is a hi/lo workout, and I used my rebounder a lot for this workout to take the pressure off Mr. Wonky Knee. The instructors always show low impact modifications, which is great! The music, as usual, was outstanding, as was the instruction. The sections are: 1. warmup2. adds in some running3. had a new " spiderman " move that they were showcasing4. plyometic section5. upper body conditioning - endless pushups!!!6. running track7. agility 8. interval training9. power track10. lower body - all lunges11. abs12. cooldownThe music is, and the one called Mambo was my favorite! 1 Truly Madly Deeply Cascada2 Wind It Up Faster Faster feat GG3 Spiderman Toast and Jam featuring Ant P4 U Spin Me DJ Denzi5 Dirty BodyRockers6 Where Is The Love Kelston Ragga Crew7 Mambo Latin Invasion8 When I Close My Eyes Pistolet9 Pump It Up Hard Out Crew10 Put Your Hands Up For Detroit DJ Evil Shock11 Beautiful Liar Beyonce and Shakira12 Do You Know? As with the first one, it takes place at the Grand Lido in Jamaica. , the instructor, emphasizes working points in opposition with each other. I was working in opposition with my cat, , who kept trying to walk on to my lap and snuggle. There was quite a bit of pushing and shoving on my part and swats on his. In the end we loved each other up and we made it good. A new week! It's nice to be back to clean eating. I had 4oz chicken breast on a sandwich thin with ketchup. A new way to eat them.
