We would be hearing more reports, positive or otherwise. ~~~~~~~ I'm an oldtimer to the idea but not the practice. Still haven't done it. What I was commenting on was the idea that three times a week could make such a difference. I've tended to think it's all or nothing. But if some raw meat three times a week could do something, I'd be more tempted to try. I drank raw milk this summer, goats and cows...cows grazing on unsprayed pasture. goats eating hay. The milk had been turned into kefir ....a double good wammy. I did not notice any benefit. Sigh. So after three months or so I've just dropped it at least temporarily. ~^^V^^~
Guest guest
Vilik Raw dairy is one thing, raw meat is an entirely different thing. Because you don't perceive benefit from dairy, doesn't mean you won't from raw meat. They don't offer dairy products at the Gerson Clinic, while raw liver is considered essential. Give raw meat a fair trial and then report.
