Hi all! My name is N. I live in VA and i am very lucky to get my raw

goat's milk from a farmer in Pennsylvania :). I found this buying club around a

year ago and i've been very happy on all the types of meat cuts and dairy

goodies they have :)

I have to move to North Carolina in 3 weeks now. I'll live in Gastonia, which is

around 25 minutes from Charlotte. I've been trying to find a goat's milk

supplier for weeks with no luck!!

I already checked on realmilk.com. There is a buying club on that list and i

have written many emails already but with no answer :( Anybody knows what's

going on with the 'healthy food choices club'?

I just don't know where else to look :(

I was hoping to get in touch with people around that area that has a supplier or

know where i can get my yummy goat's milk.

Thanks a lot in advance!

N.

I suggest you go online and look up dairy goat farms in that

area..Alot won't advertize milk for sale, but it wouldn't hurt to

ask about their goats and their milking and if they'd share their

milk with you..Alot of people trade too..LJPS

Thank you so very much to all that answer my question!! :)

:

I am around 35 min to Fort Mill, SC and around 40 min to Gaffney.

> How far are you from South Carolina?

Bill:

Thanks you for the email of the Raleigh chapter leader, i will contact them :)

My only problem being that i would not have car for a while :( I can ask a

friend for a ride, i just didn't want to make them drive too far away.

> For Kathrine N.

Check the raleighchapter

Living in Gastonia, you will be close, so good luck.

Marnita:

Oh yes! thank you for that! I did take a look at that farm and will definitely

get some milk and cream from them for my fiance :) Sadly i don't do well with

cow's milk, so i've been trying really hard to find goat's milk, which causes me

no trouble :) I make homemade kefir with it and is so yummy :)

Also, since i'll be new in the area, i don't know how the farmer's market is.

Have you been in the Gastonia farmer's market? Do they have organic produce? or

sustainable? :) I was also looking for CSA and found some that drop off in

Charlotte, just not Gastonia :P hehe. Oh well! I just have been very spoiled

with my Amish farmer and the many organics markets around here. Nevertheless,

I'm tired of the city and ready to move to a more quite place :)

Thank you again :)

> I live in the Gastonia area. Lowell actually. My husband or I drive to Fort

Mill, SC every other Wednesday to pick up milk from Milky Way Farms in SC. They

have 3 drop off locations. I think that's probably the closest location to us.

If you go I-485, then we get there in less than 30 minutes

> Finally, someone from around my neck of the woods. :)

I will try and ask them :)

Thank you to all once again!

My bests,

N.
