Guest guest
Hi Welynda, Thank you for posting. I know it takes years to ajust to living with a chronic illness and sometimes I still have days when I cannot wrap my feelings around it. To me, it's like grieving. But it's a process we as Still's patients go through over and over again because our status changes so often. Generally on a daily basis, so just when you think you have it down and a handle on your emotions, it changes again. That's pretty tough to learn to cope with. I think that is one of the reasons this group and sharing are so important because we go through the gamit of emotions so often. I was just telling Cat last night that I was referring to myself as a bouncing ball the other day and it has been so for 30 years. So, we should all be in the game together and score some high points for playing so well. I'd like to be a green ball myself, hee hee. My favorite color. Sometimes I feel like Kirk and just want to bang my head on the door just to experience a different kind of pain. I am so happy that I found this group when I did. It makes all the differene in my world. Thanks to all of you for being here for me when I have needed it the most.
