Petra is an awesome instructor and I've enjoyed every workout of hers I've done.  Excellent work, !

 

Today I did a workout from FitTV, it was called Cardio Sport with Petra Kolber.  This is only the second workout I have ever done of hers.  I really like her.  I did get pretty sweaty today,  this one had a little bit of step work in it which I don't hardly ever do.  I really liked this one, maybe when I get some money I will look for some of hers.  Have a great Friday everyone.

Hi ,

If it is any consolation, it isn't possible to gain 6 lbs overnight unless you consumed 21,000 excess calories - which is not possible! What you are seeing is water retention, so don't sweat it, (or actually, do sweat it so the water comes out! LOL!) Also, if it is any conolation, I really went off the rails myself yesterday. I think it was PMS though - and oddly, now that Aunt Flo is here, my stomach and everything is much flatter - even with the over-eating yesterday.

Yesterday I had a very bad eating day. We had a party at work for bosses day, I don't usually cave this badly, not sure what was going on yesterday. I gained 6 pounds from yesterday morning till this morning, that's just great. I was also supposed to work out yesterday and take today as a rest day but that didn't happen, I didn't work out at all yesterday. Anyways, yesterday is gone, time to start over. This morning I did Personal Training with Jackie. I did the 40 minutes Total Body Circuit. I liked this DVD. I don't always feel things in the places they say I should. On the tummy tucks, I don't feel them at all in my lower abs, I only feel them in my front thighs a lot. Maybe because I don't have enough abs built up to feel yet. Have a great day everyone. in

It's water on the scale, and surely not fat.  Don't worry about it!!  FWIW, it seems after I ave a bad day, after a couple of days pass the scale drops more than it was initially :)

 

Were the abs standing?  A lot of times standing ab-work doesn't isolate or target the abs like 'on the floor' abs does.
