Guest guest
Proud of myself, got up at 4:00 for the 5th day in a row and have held on to my Les Mills rotation. This morning was Body Pump 74. What was unique about this one was the triceps track, which was my favorite. Instead of using the barbell for skull crushers and tricep presses, you do supersets of 4 different exercises (detailed below) squats: 39 lb barbellchest: 12.5 lb dumbellsback: 33 lb barbelltriceps, 4 parts: tricep pushups, kickbacks (5's), dips, overhead extensions (20 lb kettlebell)biceps: 9 lb dumbells, need to go up next time lunges: 6 MINUTES LONG. used my bodyweight though my bench was higher than theirs by one riser. OW OW OWshoulders: pushups, rear raises, more pushups, lateral raises, more pushups, upright rows and overhead presses abs: were challenging this time! Yay!stretchHere are the songs, highlights for me being Boom Boom Pow and She's a Genius. Off to take a quick shower and go to work! Breakfast was Trader Joe's multigrain pancake mix with an extra egg white and 1/2 scoop protein powder and chocolate soy slender milk instead of regular milk. Tomorrow I sleep in and do yoga to stretch out this tired bod! 1 Run (Almighty Anthem Radio Edit) Knight2 This Is Who I Am Annie Lee3 We Weren't Born To Follow OneZeroOne feat.
