Guest guest
I snuck in an afternoon bonus again - yay  I recently acquired 10MS Ultimate FAt Burner and knew it would be perfect for a bonus. I did the first three sections. I can tell you one of the reasons I decided to workout was because my energy was non-existant! So, it took me awhile to get into it. The music could be better... the instructor was fit as a fiddle though.  She didn't cue the best, but it was still do-able. The first section was a sports section full of drills, second section was intervals, and then the third one was low impact. I already knew the third one would not be done again by me, but I thought I'd give it a shot  It was kinda dancey, and not my thing at all. The first two sections were good, but not too hard. I think you could modify easily enough by skipping the lighter sections and just staying with the harder exercises. I shut my HRM off at the 30 minute mark, and I burned 251 calories with my average only at 116! Aye..aye..aye.. I still am glad I got this one, it was worth the money ( so far). I am curious to see how the last two sections are now. Guest guest
No, I screwed up the title! It's Rapid Results Fat Burner... It's one that came out in August. I think the instructor is " Cat " or something similar?! D  Hi Darcy, Are you talking about Kettlebell Ultimate Fat Burner?  I love that 10MS. Now you are in much, much better shape than I am so to you it's probably light(ish) weight in level of difficultly but if I'd done any of the workouts with an 9 pound dumbbell or kettlebell I would have been toast . Glad you like whichever 10MS it is Vennitta  I snuck in an afternoon bonus again - yay  I recently acquired 10MS Ultimate FAt Burner and knew it would be perfect for a bonus. I did the first three sections.
