Guest guest Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 Hi, I mainly lurk and get behind in e-mails and such but I do enjoy reading all the info on here. I have a major question--what do you do with all the extra milk? I am freezing some of it for use with the babies this winter/spring but what about for home use? I am making cheese up the wazoo but the kids only eat so much of it. Has anyone made evaporated milk and canned it? I think Pumpkin pie calls for that type of milk. I raise goats and will be adding milking sheep this year as well. And next year a Jersey cow. So I really need to find something to do with all this milk! Any suggestions would be helpful!
