Did some yoga at lunch time

Hi -

I did some yoga at lunch time today and boy, do I need to do that again! I went with Body Wisdom's Yoga Complete for Every Body and did the beginner "opening the heart" practice - which was 25 minutes. Mostly floor postures, very restorative and a nice meditation at the end. I feel 1,000 times better - more relaxed mentally and less achey physically. I will need to do this again and perhaps get off my butt after everyone is asleep at night and head downstairs for a 20 min session. I think it would help me to unwind and sleep better.
