Guest guest Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 While I was all ready to tackle High Step Training this morning, I had second thoughts.. I figured since I was starting Jari this week, it would be smarter of me to give my body a few days of lighter workouts... And that I did. I did Margaret 's Fight Age W/ Strength. I did the first two programs. Very, very easy routines. I did get a few burns, but barely. And I was far, far away from breaking a sweat. These two were with Margaret alone and no music. Not sure if any of her workouts have music? I really didn't miss it much. I dimmed the lights and had a peaceful workout D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
