Thursday - MM Strength Lower & Pilates Toys

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Montenegro Method Strength, Lower Body workout. I increased my weights from last time (my first time through it) and felt good. I like this leg workout - it gets a lot done in a short (less than 30 min) amount of time. Afterwards, I added on all of the "Pilates Toys" segments from Kries' Hot Body/Cool Mind. So, we did a standing upper body series with weights, upper and lower body with the Pilates ring, and some exercises on the stability ball. Nothing really new here, but I like and her presentation and instruction.

Tomorrow it is back to MM Endurance, I'll do workout # 2 again with some add-ons!I can't believe we are half-way through July. Summer is going by way too fast for me.
