I did get a new cookbook from paperback swap though (1001 Low Fat Vegetarian recipes) and made some vegetable enchiladas so I spent a really long time chopping and dicing. I even made the sauce. They were quite tasty, I will be having some for lunch today too. This morning I woke up and it was already hot. We are supposed to be at 110 F today. I have been doing okay with the swamp cooler only so far but I don't know how long that will continue. My AC is very old and uses a lot of electricity, last year for the month of August, without even keeping it very cool, my bill came out to 1000 dollars, I almost sh* & myself. I told the landlord but he doesn't want to replace it, he said it still works fine, which it does, but I can't afford to run it, especially when I may be making 7.25 an hour this month or next,who knows. Today I knew I had to workout early due to the heat and the stressful day I know is coming today. I did 2 Gilad FitTV workouts. I thought they were both 30 minute ones, I finished the 1st one which was 30 minutes but when I started the second one it turned out to be an hour long, I fast forward the commercials so I ended up doing 75 minutes altogether, I don't know if it was harder today or I am just more tired from the heat, but they really kicked my butt today. He did a lot of plyo moves today which I am not used to and I think that it was did it. Have a great day today everyone. in CA Hotmail has tools for the New Busy.
