Guest guest
Yesterday I walked the bridges, as my knee is still not up for running though it's a lot better for sure. My tan, I must say, is coming along nicely thanks to the bridge walk! Tressia came over and we attempted to warm up to 's WATP 1 mile from her very early " At Home Walking " program, but as we fast forwarded through the introduction we accidentally fast forwarded through part of the workout so we only did roughly 8 minutes of the workout at the most so I'm not counting it. You win some, you lose some. For Tressia's first kettlebell workout I chose the most basic one I have, The Kettlebell Way Volume 1 with DiLuglio and Beth Chamberlin. It is very basic and easier than the others in the AOS series, but you can make it challenging by using a heavier weight. Funny, I still need to use the 7 lb bell for the windmill to overhead squat & tactical lunges, but can use 25-30 pounds for single arm rows & pullovers, and 20 lbs for most of the other exercises. I used a 10 for the figure 8 to a hold. Afterward we did the first 15 minutes of Rodney Yee's Core Cross Training strength practice. Tonite: tabata (per Tressia's request) and Turbo Fire: Sculpt 30 (a virgin!)
