Guest guest Posted July 15, 2010 Report Share Posted July 15, 2010 I wanted to walk the bridges again today because it's gorgeous outside, but 2 things were stopping me: a sunburned neck from yesterday's walk, and the fact that my hair felt REALLY greasy! I can't run just yet on pavement, so I decided to run for 27 minutes (300 calories) on the Precor, course #5, the Inteval Run at the gym at work, the Sweat Shop. I volleyed between resistance 5 and 9 and was in the cardiovascular range (as opposed to the lower heart rate weight loss range) for most of it. I was the only one there, and I saw that they got the kettlebells and small boom box I requested they order! Now I can make my coworkers do kettlebells and tabata with me! We have a hanging heavy bag, so lots of punching drills in store for my victims, tee-hee. Tabata and Turbo Fire: Sculpt 30 on the agenda for tonite with Tressia. Hope everyone's having a great day!
