I'll also buy some Singulair and hop that I don't have any of the side effects Vennitta Vennitta, I hope you feel better! Prescriptions are crazy expensive these days, and you can't get around it sometimes. Be well! Sooo, my P90 rotation has been scrapped due to lack of sleep. I'm restarting with PowerFit Harmony hoping that doing gentle workouts while going to bed before 2AM then working 12-13 hour days will help my body instead of hurting it. Oh yeah in my time off I had bronchitis again, my Dr. wants to me to take Singulair regularly but with my pretty crappy insurance the discounted rate is $122 a month until I pay $1,200 in medical bills (I'm not a fan of Obama's plan but what I have is nothing to write home about) anyway, I'll have to be careful with my lungs as I think the bronchitis is back - my chest is hurting as I type this, ugh. I hope to do the full 30 day of PFH then do the Lean plan that uses Beachbody's 10 Minute Trainer workouts, I'm going to start reducing my calories and go back to logging my food and water intake, I'll also try to get back to posting my workouts daily. So after all of that here is my week last week: Date Day Video Day Week 1 Min 9/6/2010 Mon PFH Cardio - Move It 1 PowerFit is so perfect for me to do in the mornings, I'm able to go to work energized not wiped out 20 9/7/2010 Tue Rest 2 I actually feel the ab work today 9/8/2010 Wed PFH Sculpt - Strong Push 3 This is my first go 'round with the Harmony series, I liked all of the PFs and I'm liking all of the PFHs 20 9/9/2010 Thu PFH Core - Body Balance 4 I don't remember what was done to give good reviews, that's not a bad thing, I remember enjoy the during and after 20 9/10/2010 Fri PFH Sculpt - Strong Pull 5 AM - done - I really, really like not having to worry about getting my workout in. 20 9/11/2010 Sat Rest 6 done - hard for me to follow directions but I did indeed rest on this scheduled rest day 9/12/2010 Sun PFH Program 5: Cardio Power Up 7 I really enjoyed this workout 20 100 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
