Thanks ,I'm looking for a natural alternative that will increase my lung health, I may have found something worth trying but need to looking into it more closely, it's only $40 a month. I'll also buy some Singulair and hop that I don't have any of the side effects

Vennitta, I hope you feel better! Prescriptions are crazy expensive these days, and you can't get around it sometimes. Be well!

Sooo, my P90 rotation has been scrapped due to lack of sleep. I'm restarting with PowerFit Harmony hoping that doing gentle workouts while going to bed before 2AM then working 12-13 hour days will help my body instead of hurting it. Oh yeah in my time off I had bronchitis again, my Dr. wants to me to take Singulair regularly but with my pretty crappy insurance the discounted rate is $122 a month until I pay $1,200 in medical bills (I'm not a fan of Obama's plan but what I have is nothing to write home about) anyway, I'll have to be careful with my lungs as I think the bronchitis is back - my chest is hurting as I type this, ugh.

I hope to do the full 30 day of PFH then do the Lean plan that uses Beachbody's 10 Minute Trainer workouts, I'm going to start reducing my calories and go back to logging my food and water intake, I'll also try to get back to posting my workouts daily. So after all of that here is my week last week:
