Thanks Darcy! I think I have the hang of this now FINALLY!I've been eating between 1,300 and 1,400 calories a day. I've also been drinking more than 100 fl oz of water everyday. AND now that my ankle is better I've also been exercising almost everyday.I will have to take my measurements soon, I know I've lost a ton of inches. I need to buy a smaller size bra, swimsuit and pants! Jen
