Guest guest Posted September 13, 2010 Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 Jen's exercise for Monday 09/13/10No walking for me today because I did A LOT of water exercise and I felt that was enough for one day!Water exercise class at my pool - 45 minutesWater exercise with long fins, dumbbells and Clorox bottle for my legs - 1 hourWater exercise class at a local college - 1 hourGREAT class. We did a lot of laps using fins and water dumbbells. We also did ab exercises and stretches. This call meets every Monday for 12 weeks.
