I did it!  I did the whole she-bang - wow.. I hadn't intended to do the whole thing because I knew it was 90 minutes long, but I just couldn't stop and so I finished it all.  I really did like the workout.  Got all of the choreography.  sometimes it took a bit to nail it, but I did.  Toward the end, I had enough and I was being pretty lazy about it.  After all the cardio, she goes to some short abs on the step, and then some toning on the ball.  I did that as well.  The abs on the step were hard (on my low-back), and I modified BIG TIME.    The toning was just okay, nothing great there.  I didn't do the stretch because I was so out of time.  I burned a whopping 1054 calories with my average at 141!!  ya-hoo!  I shut my HRM off at the 90-minute mark as well.  I took one tiny break, to pour two bowls of cereal, and that was it.

 

Good stuff!!!  But, why so long!  Good grief!

 

Darcy, who doesn't think I've done this one before???
