Mike I had the same problem, due to sitting too long as a secretary.

It is gone, I was using PAIN LOWER BACK EXTREMITIES, and took

the number 10 minutes Auto 641 - Run.

I have the Global Wellness from Jim Folsom, which is very very good.

It helped me virtually with all my back problems.

Accupunture right in the muscle, with electric stimulation. I guaranty

it, at least if my experiences are applicable. Might take a few treatments.

Also, anti-inflammatories like magnesium, turmeric, and a product called

Curamin to help it out.

Kava kava and valerian herbs work well. Take enough. Go to a good Shiatsu

practitioner, and have the nerve of the spasm " adjusted " it can be found in the

buttocks. I have not had any lower back pain as a result since then.

Hi all

As a chiropractor, I see this sort of thing dozens of times daily, so here are

some hot tips that I use all the time:

1. If this truly is only a muscle spasm, consult the NCAFL. On this list is the

set of muscle frequencies that were discovered by a DC in Texas. They are very

specific and very, very effective. In fact, with my homemade frequency wand

device and Rifegen3, a few seconds on the afflicted area is all it takes for a

spasm or trigger point to resolve completely. Depending on where your pain is,

sweep through the appropriate muscle freqs, e.g. 730-860. This covers the QL's

thru the pelvis and buttocks, pirformis, etc.

2. Absolutely take Magnesium citrate, up to 600 mg nightly depending on bowel

tolerance. It is the best natural

Muscle relaxer there is, and a deficiency is often the Cause of spasms. Also

Epsom salt baths.

3. Other freqs: 328 general lbp, 25.4 bulging discs, 233.08 L5 vertebra, and

317.83 kidneys.

4. Go back and get adjusted again and tell the DC to take it easy on you or try

someone else with a different style.

Good luck

The Bowen Technique works. You  may need a few sessions the get the problem

corrected. Do a Google search to find out more about it and to find a local

practitioner, I plan to start this because I am getting tired for going to the

chiropractor.

Any good ideas on how to get relief from a muscle spasm in the lower back? I get

this one or twice a year from a swimming accident (hit by a high wave at the

beach) over 25 years ago. The pain is severe and I have trouble standing up

straight, walking, getting in and out of the car.

I have contact and plasma frequency devices as well as all of Sota Instruments

devices (except Lightworks) and a Magpulse 5000.

The last time I tried a Chiropractor he just about killed me and I got no

relief. I do not want to resort to muscle relaxants as they take several days to

work and make me very drowsy and unable to work. Besides, I do not like drugs.
