Today I did terrible on my eating because it was a going away party at work. On one of my sparkpeople teams it was a daily challenge to do a core workout. I had a bunch of stuff Tivoed so I did a workout called Core Workout with Petra Kolber. It was one of the All Star Workouts. It used a medicine ball, but the only one I have is 6 pounds which was too heavy for me, so I just used a dumbbell instead. It was a decent workout, not the best ever, but okay.
