Guest guest Posted September 16, 2010 Report Share Posted September 16, 2010 Hi Everyone, I got slammed with an unexpected project for work that is stressin' me out - so today I did one of my go-to workouts for times like these - Ellen barrett's Skinny Sculpt (all of Ellen's Studio and Crunch workouts are ideal for me when I'm under stress - I can get the worked out feel without running my body down any further).
