Might be a detox reaction..perhaps reduce dosage down by half and see what happens and then increase if her tummy settles.

 

I have heard of this reaction when too high a dose of fish oils is given.

Hello EverybodyI have started giving my 2 y old daughter 1 teaspoon of Nordic Naturals cod oil but after a couple of days she has developed a terrible diarrhoea, very very smelly and foamy like, has anybody else experienced this?

Funny thing, initially only one stool a day was like that and she usually had another normal one but for the past two days, she has only had them soft, rather watery. Thank youHelen
