Guest guest Posted July 30, 2010 Report Share Posted July 30, 2010 Well, I got a great fun workout in this morning. I did Rob's Cardio Fusion on the bosu. I really liked this one. It's broke down into three different segments w/ a lot of variety. I did skip part of the beginning because I was short on time and needed to shave off some minutes.
