Self-intro of April - Independence, MO (USA)

Hello everyone.  My name is April and I live in Independence, County, Missouri (USA).  I signed up to this group using the email address april @ sweetlotuscreations dot com.I buy raw cow milk for my two grandsons and raw goat milk for myself as I am allergic to casein.  I am blessed to live in a state that still allows the sale of raw milk from farm to consumer, and even more blessed to find sources within 10-15 minutes of where I live to buy.  I found the raw cow milk through www.realmilk.com and found the raw goat milk on Craig's list.

I have been an advocate of raw dairy for almost 10 years now.  I make kefir with the goat milk and have it every day.  I am wanting to learn how to make butter and cheese with goat milk as I cannot have any cow dairy due to my casein allergy.  I would also like to learn to do more with the kefir than just fruit smoothies for breakfast.
