Guest guest Posted September 23, 2010 Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 I was seriously tired this morning, not sleeping well lately (thunderstorm, DH snoring, whatever else) and had planned to do Montenengro Method endurance workout 3 but just couldn't face it. I almost didn't workout at all and then decided I could handle Kathy 's walking workout (with the matrix). I did just the basic 30 minute workout, not the extra 10 minutes of cardio or the extra standing abs stuff. I haven't done this in a long time but I've done it so many times I knew when she screams, etc.! I don't normally do the express version but it worked well today. I did manage to do the more intense stuff (prancing/jogging, used 3 lb. weights and did everything she did) just not in a super intense way, if that makes sense. It felt good just to do something. Not sure what is on tap for tomorrow. Will be yet another insane day (I was home for one hour today) so we'll see. I'm still getting used to my latest work schedule and need to figure out how to get workouts in there more regularly, but not tonight. Going to bed now.
