Hi -

Forgot to post my workout from yesterday - I did cardio w/ Huckabee. I did Speed Burn from PowerFit Harmony and Express Cardio from the "FIRM BOX" time. Both were good. I finally caught on to that first step combo in Express Cardio and didn't have to re-wind/repeat it. I stretched on my own and with the bonus stretch on Supercharged Sculpting from the BSS4 time (lead by Pam Cauthen).

Today, I went with Tracie Long's Endurance for Movement - one of her TLT workouts. I haven't done the TLTs in ages. I really like this one! A lot of planks and glute work. She does some moves with a rag on the floor to simulate gliding discs. I couldn't go all that heavy with it due to the nature of the exercises and my mental state (I'm tired!!) but I did feel overall that I worked out and was challenged. I may have to toss these into the mix at some point. They seemed to me to be a blend of the FitPrime/Kickbutt workouts and the Montenegro Method workouts - similarities being the slight twists on traditional moves.
