Guest guest Posted August 27, 2010 Report Share Posted August 27, 2010 I had no idea what to do today. I have quite a bit of DOMS from yesterday. I was going to do cardio, but then knowing we will be away for the next couple of days, and the only workouts then will be cardio, I chose some upper body afterall. I did the ab section first. Again, this is hard! Short 9 minutes, but hard. Afterwards I did the upper body sculpt. I liked it okay. I don't remember doing this one before, but I'm sure I have. I love the unique exercises in it. The one where she's kneeling on a stability ball is a joke. No way could I do that.. I subbed my bosu... Got some nice burns!  Anyway, pefect workout for today. I even did the long stretch at the end. Shut myHRM off at 45 minutes. Burned 208 with my average at 98 only though!  D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
