Guest guest Posted August 27, 2010 Report Share Posted August 27, 2010 Hi Everyone, Since I'm starting a PowerFit rotation on Monday (or maybe Sunday, time permitting). I figured I'd do some of 's cardio workouts today. I did two of them back to back - Move It and Power Up (I think those are the titles). The format is pretty simple, a floor routine, a routine using the step (or the band as a step - lay the band on the floor to mark off your "step"), and a routine using the band (holding on to it for resistance). I upped the intensity by wearing my weighted gloves, putting more impact and purpose into the movements and using my step (in place of the band on the floor option). Got sweaty, so that was good. I also added on 20 min of Pilates from Exercise TV with . A standard matwork routine. I'm excited to visit with again for a few weeks, I think she'll get me back on track w/ exercising regularly!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
