Guest guest
Hi , Sorry to hear about the flare up, I hope it passes soon completely! Good for you on , sometimes she is just the ticket to getting back on track with working out. In fact, I may visit with her tomorrow as I'm still getting into the swing of things after being off for 2 weeks. It has been extremely busy/stressful the last month and a half, then I got hit by a killer RA flare that really attacked both knees and my hands with accompanying severe fatigue, ugh. It seems to have passed mostly and I can safely exercise again so today I decided I just had to and figured out how to do it with my schedule, despite it ramping up again (after 2 weeks of relative quietness). Anyway, to ease my way back into things, especially because I'm not totally out of the flare yet, I did Sansone's A Closer 2 Mile Walk, her latest Christian-themed one. It was very soothing to my cluttered, frantic head and, since it is more upbeat and faster paced than a lot of her other 2 mile walks, it also made me feel like I really accomplished something. I felt very good to have done something again. I don't know if I'll be able to do something tomorrow too but I'm going to try. Not sure what though. I'd love to do some strength work but have to see what the joints are up to or if I even get up early enough. Will post something if I do it. I'm way behind on reading postings and probably won't try to catch up at this point, but if anyone has anything they want me to reply to, please put my name in it so I see it, I have a feeling I'll be staying quiet for at least a few more weeks. Sorry to be so inactive in the group lately!
