Lyn....that's what I think I am going to do too...I put them in the fridge

yesterday evening but I think I will be able to fish the SCOBYs out...one bottle

I did leave out because I knew when I bottled it that it had too much space (it

was only a half bottle)I am thinking that I probably did the same thing with

rest of them (left too much air)

Not sure if you got an answer to this or not - little slimy scobys can grow in

sealed bottles. Just leave it there until you are ready to drink it and then

strain it out, or swallow it like a raw oyster if you like that sort of thing.

(I strain mine.)
