Nothing in this act shall supersede the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (Public Law 91-230, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.) and its corresponding Federal regulations relating to the discipline of challenged students. Section 10. Regulations. The State board shall promulgate regulations to carry out this act. Section 11. Repeals. All acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act. Section 12. Effective date.
