Guest guest Posted August 25, 2010 Report Share Posted August 25, 2010 Hi Everyone, I did a lighter workout today - I went with Kathy 's Peel off the Pounds Pilates. A bit like Ellen B's format of lower impact cardio and Pilates. But, Kathys is less flowy and more athletic. Kathy also doesn't work out barefoot - but I did. The first segment is light cardio followed by upper body & core Pilates inspired work and lower body and core Pilates inspired work. It was a good choice for today. I am slowly getting back into the swing of exercising again and some of the soreness is abating! Tomorrow I was thinking of a circuit routine - just not sure which. I may go w/ Freytag/Prevention's 3-2-1 workout. Although maybe a shorter FIRM may be in order as well. Take care!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
