Guest guest Posted August 25, 2010 Report Share Posted August 25, 2010 I really like this workout. It gets the job done for all the body parts, but doesn't drag on. Awesome workout. I burned 516 calories with my averag at 115. I pushed a bit harder today with the ab-work too. I've been backing off a bit in fear of my back.... It held up fine  D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
