's Tuesday workout

Today I did a virgin workout called Fit to the Core, Burn Fat Fast with Leisa Hart. I don't remember when or where I got it. It was kind of annoying that nowhere on the package or on the DVD did it say the length of the workout. I was looking for something around 45 to 60 minutes, this one ended up being only 30 minutes. It is done with a body bar (actually her special body bar type thingy), but I just used a regular body bar, she has modifications on it to use with dumbbells. I didnt find the cuing to be very good and I felt a little rushed while doing it. It did work my arms pretty good though, although I found it to be quite easy. For my challenge I had to do 60 minutes, so I finished up with 30 minutes on the bike. We hit 110F today with 112 expected for tomorrow. Hopefully the temps will go down by the weekend, they are expected to. Good nite everyone.
