New to group and brewing!

Ok, so just recently fell in love with kombucha. I decided to try

growing/brewing my own to save some money. Took Vibranz Ginger flavor and

followed the directions on a blog I found online to grow from scratch.

It's been 5ish days and the blog said once the culture gets to about 1/4 inch it

needs another boost. Well, looking from the side, it looks like it's 1/4 inch

but when I took my cloth off and looked it, it looked much thinner...do I give

it a second boost of 'food' or not?

Excited it's working!!!
