I know my cereal, I only had one bowl. That really makes a difference on whether I will be starving an hour later or not! GRR... I managed to stay on track despite!  D  Honey Bunches of Oats  1 egg white 1 apple  1 lunchmeat sandwich cottage cheese w/ 1 tsp sugar (oops) greek yogurt w/ pinch of almonds  2 kiwi 1 egg white  1/2 tomato  sweet & sour chicken over rice peas 1 piece of bread choc/rasp yogurt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
