Guest guest
Recovery workout - Or so that was the plan..ugh... Firstoff before I started I practiced some pistols. I just can not do those. How tough! Not sure if practice will get me there, or if I don't have the flexibility? My heart rate got up in just attempting several of these! Afterwards, I pulled out P57 Arm & Ab Booster. I used 3's and 8's. I like this workout, but not sure it does much for me with my arms..or my abs! I feel it a lot in my legs, and my HIP FLEXORS. Ouch. My abs didn't even get much of a burn because I was having to modify for my hip flexords..ugh... I also woke up with DOMS there and then with trying the pistols, I'm sure that didn't help.  Either way, I got a nice little sweat for a recovery day. Happy Mondays everyone!  D

Guest guest
Word, Sister! I am sooooooo greedy when it comes to workout videos, when ever shall I have time to try them all, yet alone do my favorites a second time around??In part that is why I'm thrilled to be doing Les Mills this week and perhaps longer. I *love* them, and most of what I have are virgins. I feel less guilty about acquiring more when I knock a bunch of virgin workouts off the pile! Tonite is Body Step, and I can hardly wait. 4.5 more hours..V-Steps, LOL, I am soooo greedy when it comes to workouts ! I want them all! I have a mile-long wishlist...ugh..
