Hi Mel

Did you try any off the sugar alternatives, i have used Stevia blend before, it was good but found it to be best bought from USA in bulk, which is not ideal, thinking of trying lucuma powder or yacon syrup next from funky raw, although i have just bought some organic honey from sainsburys just to try out, i did try to make some biscuits the other week using ghee instead of butter and honey instead of sugar, they were ok on the day, although not quite the ticket on sweetness but the next day they were just a crumbly mess, i did a bit of googling and found that using ghee instad of butter in baking can make final product a bit crumbly, so i am going back to the Pure sunflower spread & honey for a second attempt, will let you know how it goes. I am going to just use the ghee instead of olive oil in frying etc.

Anyhow enough waffling, here is the link to all the sugar alternatives on funky raw, HTH

Hi

Have people who use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar, noticed a lessening

in yeast symptoms? I wasn't sure as I thought sweet, in any form, whether

natural or refined, would cause yeast or make yeast worse.
