STS is an awesome rockin' program .  I can't wait to hear all about it!!  :)

I'm a little excited. :)

I'm not sure what it is about Fall, but I feel like I start to come alive this time of year. It's a gorgeous fall day here, perhaps a bit too warm. That's OK because we had such an unusually cool Summer. I love Fall so much.

So, I'm so excited about starting STS. I did disk 3 yesterday as a preview. It was a legs workout, and I didn't add weights, but I'm still already sore! It's not too bad, though. I'm officially starting in October.

I had originally planned on doing a practice STS week before going full on, but I just found my Cathe Timesaver disk. It's a 5 day series.  This one was kicking around without a box, and I remember really liking it. I think this will be a much more interesting way to get pre-conditioned for STS. I'm going to start in a few minutes. It's my day off.

I'm also reviewing my favorite nutrition books in preparation for my October-log-food-every-day challenge. If anyone wants to join me in logging their food for a month (I really don't care how you eat), this is a great time to start preparing. It's all about starting to really pay attention to what you're doing. The holidays are nigh upon us, and it's a great time to start paying attention! If anybody is struggling, check out Sparkpeople. I logged everything Saturday and Sunday. So far so good today.

OK, time to move the coffee table out of the way and fire up the heart rate monitor. Later gators.
