Today I did The Firm Super Cardio Mix. I did the first 8 workout portions for a total of 30 minutes. This was hard for me as I have been really slacking on my cardio and I really feel it now. I was trying to get this DVD to cooperate with me for programming it to do the whole workout, but I was too tired, grouchy and impatient. I did the first 8 only and next time I will try to do all of it. I entered a challenge on Sparkpeople so I had to do 60 minutes of exercise altogether. After the workout I did 20 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 65 minutes today. It was about 105 F today and it really kicked my butt. The swamp cooler only does so much when it's this hot. I can't wait for fall. The grandkids are back to school tomorrow. The twins are going into middle school (6th grade) and they are kinda scared. I am off to watch TV now, have a great nite everyone.
