Buddy - I understand you have many concerns and fears and rightly so but a great deal and over the past 30 years has changed in medicine for the pt's safety and with the practice of medicine in general. Nope it is not 100% foolproof nothing is and we can not allow or fears or concerns get to the point of crippling us or with our health and tx issues. If we did we would all be up the proverbial creek without a paddle or a bucket for back-up and a big hole in our boats. I think I understand you may be on maintenance tx - mono or dose related but tx meds come pre-filled or with self inject devices also - almost foolproof for full tx's.
