Guest guest Posted August 24, 2010 Report Share Posted August 24, 2010 I made it back to WW today, after not going for 3+ weeks due to work and injury/sickness I am happy that half the weight I had gained.is gone.. yea!Two things our leader said (I think nancy has said this) that really hit home to me1) 1lb of weight =~ 4lbs of force on your knees... yikes - no wonder my knees have been wonky after I gained the weight back after the first of year!!2) Weight is not lost but it is gone, you don't want to find it again :)fyi interesting study on drinking water prior to meals.. haven't seen the methods as it hasn't been published but it makes sensehttp://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/198720.php Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
