Jen's exercise for Thursday 09/09/10I walked outside today for 42 minutes.The blister on the bottom of my right heel is NOT getting better! I'm going to have to put a small hole in it to drain it AGAIN. If it's not better by Monday, I guess I will have to go to the Podiatrist. I'm really sick and tired of all these exercise-road blocks that keep happening to me!Water exercise in my pool using Clorox bottle, long fins and dumbbells - 1 hourSwimming laps (Free, Back, Breast and Butterfly strokes) - 45 minutes
