Guest guest
Hello, My son Noah (22 months) just received his first cast last week. His daycare has " water days " where the kids play in a wading pool and/or run through the sprinkler. Obviously the pool is out of the question. How about the sprinkler? Has anyone tried wetsuits (scuba suits) or things like that so that the kids can run through the sprinkler? The doctor said he wouldn't suggest it because he's seen too many kids come in with wet casts. Normally, I would just not allow it, but I can see his daycare lady having an issue with it. The contract states that kids must be able to participate in all activities which includes " water days. " Any shared experiences would be appreciated.
